معرفی محصول

به منظور تعیین قابلیت شرب آب، لازم است عدم آلودگی آب به میکروارگانیسم های بیماری زا مشخص گردد. با استفاده از این تست کیت به تنهایی و بدون نیاز به آزمایشگاه میکروبیولوژی می توان آب مصرفی را آزمایش و پس از اطمینان از سلامت آب، آن را مصرف کرد.

دستورالعمل مصرف:

     10 سی سی از آب مورد نظر را توسط سرنگ داخل ظرف (ویال) محتوی محیط کشت بریزید تا محتویات ظرف به طور کامل در آب حل شود. در این حالت رنگ محلول داخل ظرف قرمز خواهد شد.
ظرف را به مدت 18 تا 24 ساعت در جای گرم (30-35 درجه سانتی گراد) قرار دهید.
در صورت عدم تغییر رنگ محلول (ثابت ماندن رنگ قرمز)، آب قابل شرب است و چنانچه رنگ قرمز به زرد تغییر یافت، آب بهداشتی نبوده و باید قبل از مصرف آن را کاملا جوشاند و یا ضدعفونی کرد.

نکات فنی

هر کیت تنها برای یک بار آزمایش مناسب می باشد، لذا جهت بررسی میزان آلودگی اولیه آب و مقایسه آن با مرحله پس از ضدعفونی، بهتر است 2 کیت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
سرعت تغییر رنگ با تعداد میکروارگانیسم های موجود در آب ارتباط مستقیم دارد، بطوریکه هرچه تغییر رنگ زودتر از 24 ساعت صورت گیرد بار میکروبیو میزان آلودگی موجود در آب بالاتر است.
از آنجایی که رنگ اولیه محیط کشت پس از افزودن آب، قرمز است، هرگونه تغییر رنگ آنی پس از افزودن آب احتمالا به دلیل تغییرات PH حضور برخی ترکیبات شیمیایی و … در آب می باشد. بنابراین چنانچه بلافاصله پس از افزودن نمونه آب به ویال حاوی محیط کشت، هر رنگی غیر از قرمز روشن حاصل شد، نمونه آب مورد نظر توسط این کیت قابل بررسی نخواهد بود.

نکات ایمنی

در جای خشک و در دمای 15-25 درجه سانتی گراد نگهداری شود.
حتی الامکان قبل از استفاده، ویال ها را از بسته بندی خارج نکنید.
دور از نور مستقیم نگهداری شود.
پس از استفاده، ویال حاوی باکتری را با استفاده از سیستم های ضدعفونی کننده قوی امحا کنید.
